I called Professional Roofing Solutions when a recent storm left behind a leak! Mike quickly responded to my call, and found the issue was coming from underneath one of my solar panels. He said he would be happy to coordinate a visit to fix the problem once I got a solar panel specialist out to remove the panel. I secured a solar panel repairman and Mike took it from there! Within 48 hours of discovering the leak, it was fixed. The office staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Mike is an experienced roofer; he was able to quickly and accurately detect the problem, and make the repair. Customer service still exists!!
