“May River Roofing did a full roof replacement for us at the end of July 2026, and we had a great experience from start to finish.
We had a leaking roof, so timing was important. We received quotes from several roofing contractors, but some were significantly more expensive and others could not get to the job within the timeframe we needed. May River Roofing offered a very competitive price, could meet our schedule, and ultimately provided the best overall value.
I worked with Antonio, the owner, along with his general manager and Sabrina and Leslie in the front office. Everyone was friendly, organized, responsive, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. We received updates before the work began, during each day of the project, and again when everything was completed. They showed up when promised and finished on schedule.
The crew was professional, courteous, and very careful around our property. They covered bushes and landscaping with tarps to protect them from old shingles and debris, regularly collected debris into a large container, and used magnets afterward to pick up old roofing nails around the property. The site was kept clean throughout the job and was thoroughly cleaned when they finished.
I also really appreciated how thorough they were with documentation. During the estimate, they took detailed photos and uploaded them to Google Drive so we could easily review the condition of the roof. They provided plans, shingle samples, and several options for shingle quality, warranties, and other common roof replacement choices, which made it easy to understand what we were getting.
After the roof was completed, they provided another set of detailed photos showing the finished work from areas a homeowner normally would not be able to inspect without climbing onto the roof. These included the plumbing vents, chimney flashing, roof edges, vents, valleys, corners, and other details. That extra documentation gave us a lot of confidence in the workmanship.
The damaged portion of the roof was repaired properly, the completed roof looks fantastic, and the entire project was completed within the promised one-week timeframe.
