The quote was detailed, covered windows and the flower bed, completed the entire job in one day, well-communicated team, used a drone for inspection, performed a quality inspection after completion, gutter installation was great, used a magnet sweep to pick up stray nails, good warranty.
This was my first time hiring a roofing company, and I had to do it from out of state, replacing a roof on a home I inherited and was preparing to sell. South Shore was excellent from beginning to end. Their estimate was detailed and precise, and included numerous photos. Their communication was thorough and excellent. The job was done quickly, they cleaned up thoroughly, and one of their supervisors did a thorough inspection afterwards, noticing and fixing an issue I never would have noticed. My only regret is that they don't service where my main home is, as I would love to hire them to replace that roof as well when the time comes. I highly recommend.
