We were referred to Michael’s Roofing by a neighbor after the hailstorm and we have zero regrets.Lyman came out and found damage. He was very friendly, efficient and always there when we had any questions. He met with our insurance adjuster and made the process as smooth as possible. When it came time to choose new shingles he made a color suggestion that I normally wouldn’t have considered and I am so glad that we went with his suggestion- it looks awesome on our house!!Sheree at the office was so pleasant to work with. She knows her stuff when it comes to working with these insurance policies. All of my questions were answered. Crystal was always quick to reply to my emails and got us scheduled quickly.When it came down to getting our new roof, they showed up bright and early and got down to business quickly.
