When more than expected wood rot was found, new supplies were bought immediately. We felt 100% taken care of and placed complete trust in the team. No more leaks. Great Customer Service I worked with John via email and over the phone while we were out of State in Arizona. We purchased the home only to find out the roof was the original roof. John did his best to give us the best price and worked within our time frames.
The crews arrived on time and did a great job and even made sure all the debris was cleaned up. Hell I even found the owner walking around my property checking on the crews. Shocking to see an owner checking job sites. Very Professional. If I could give more then 10 Stars it wouldn't even be enough to show how pleased we are with the professionalism and workmanship.

More than eight years ago, I received a quote re hail damage. Met Wayne Whipple since he was doing a job in my neighborhood. Chatted with him...he was from New England from where I am from...and I know their excellent work ethics! His crew did an exceptional job...with Wayne inspecting the job after hours. It warms my heart to see his truck in many neighborhoods, so I am so happy that he is doing exceptionally well. Well deserved! His company has earned an excellent rating!
