“---Review pending resolution----I have bought two solar panel systems from them in the last 8 years, and current home has an 8k watt tesla panel system since 2022. We are moving, and the home inspection requested repairs included sealing some flashing (not their fault) and the electric panel having the solar power double tapped into the power supply (HH solar installed). I have been calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks trying to pay them to come inspect and address these issues to satisfy the home inspection. I hear nothing back. Someone finally answered and said they would call be back in 10 minutes due to driving. I called again an hour later and they apologized and said they could look at it next week and would call to schedule. This week they are ducking every call and message again. We had no issues before on either home, so I'm confused and pissed I have to find someone else to inspect their work after spending $45k. I even let it go that their system produces less than 70% of what they claimed in writing it would produce. I can change this review if they decide to help, but looking for another electrician and roofer seems my only option as closing nears. I would recommend another solar or roofing company if you want care after the check clears.“
