“Now this rating is not for workmanship they have not done any work on my home so you made that clear this is based solely upon the fact of what how they're representative was who actually does do some installation he works on them but he did not do anything but inspect the complete roof and attic and then report to me what he found showed me the pictures and video of what he saw explain that stuff and then showed me all the materials and what order they will go on who they're made by what kind of warranty they carry he was very thorough but to the point and taking 3 hours he was finished fairly quickly matter of fact I was probably talking more than him but he did a great job honestly right now I'm having several different estimates and mainly waiting on the insurance carrier to let me know what they're going to pay or do wish I don't understand that part of it because 15-year premiums is about $125,000 and I've never made a claim so what is there to talk about them taking care of my roof because of the whole roof is junk but that's another subject they did a great job if I do hire them as of right now they are the leader on the board and I will post extra if I do in fact go with these guys like I said which is a very very good possibility and I will watch every step done myself which that he said they provide video of that in real time to the homeowner every homeowner to be able to see and watch and they do their own in home warranties and house so you don't have to depend on calling you know Owens Corning or whoever GAF basically the three main people that make the materials that all the roofers sell if something goes wrong or there's an issue 5 years 10 years down the road to get something done about it they take care of that in house because I'm not going to name which one but they're provider which is one of the big names would just was just continually turning down claims that were videoed and done properly and their guys were going to all the seminars training and so forth still never could get them to go through so do not buy a roof from anybody based upon the fact that you think you can call the manufacturer of the materials like someone like Owens Corning or whatever and think they're going to give a crap about you and your roof”
