“I felt the need to leave this review after having Dr Jackson help me with my eyes. I have been wearing contact lenses since I was 15 years old. I am in my 50’s now. I have really dry eyes and Dr Jackson has helped by finding the best new contacts for dry eyes. He quickly figured out after my exam why my eyes were so dry. He allowed me to try different lenses to find the one that is the best for me. He was patient and kind while doing my eye exam. I wish I had visited him sooner. He is a wonderful optometrist! “I had an AMAZING experience! My exam was with Dr. Samantha Kelly and since I am diabetic I needed a very through exam and she was the best ever. She took time to answer questions and set a care plan for both myself and my daughter. Then I had Krystal help me pick out a pair of glasses for both of us. She was amazing as well. Great customer service and genuinely cared about helping us and giving us several options. Then I had two other people that really made an impression on me with their customer service and knowledge. When I initially called in for my appointment I talked with Mathew. He was so sweet and he looked up all options right over the phone to make sure I was getting the best option and most cost effective. Then when I came in to pick up my glasses I had Krystal, who recognized me right away, help to make sure I had a comfortable fit. And then another sweet gal, Quan, helped with answering various questions we had. Everyone was so pleasant and you could tell they genuinely cared about you. “Phenomenal customer service! My process has some hiccups along the way. The hiccups were mostly mine, but they helped me through anyway. I had an exam at a (medical) eye doc office. Long story short, I had to have my eyes reexamined by their doctor. He was great! He saw the issue on my paper script before he began my exam.
