Walmart Vision & Glasses is an amazing location with a wonderful and supportive staff. The whole team, including the eye doctor, are described as heroes, incredibly nice, and a pleasure to see. The glasses team is especially noted for being amazing, taking time to help customers decide on frames and lenses, and assisting with insurance. The staff is acknowledged for being sweet, stylish, and caring throughout the entire process. Dr. Thorsen is highlighted as one of the best eye doctors ever, a spitting example of the optician you want. He takes clear care in his process, ensuring patients are well examined and well aware. He is incredibly caring, with a warm and fun attitude, and provides clear and concise explanations. A significant note for 2024 is that the eye doctor is no longer in-network with any insurance companies, so patients must pay for the doctor visit separately. However, the eyewear shop is still accepting insurance, as they are now two separate entities. Despite this change, the selection is reasonably priced, and many customers express love for this location and state they will not go back to anybody else.
