I had been torn about renewing my membership and determining if it was necessary. Let's just say I spent 6 months going without and I couldn't wait to start it back up for the savings. This location is not that bad, the parking lot always seems very busy and the customer service area could use more workers. On a recent visit I waited in line over 20 minutes and to find out I didn't even need to stop in for a new card. There cafeteria food is usually pretty cheap and good as well!

We walked in just 45 minutes before closing yesterday (New Years Eve), fully expecting to be turned away, but instead they welcomed us with kindness and never once made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience, even knowing they’d be staying late. Every single staff member was so friendly, patient, and professional, and they truly made the entire experience amazing.
On top of the incredible customer service, all three of our nails turned out absolutely beautiful & we were beyond impressed with the quality and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both outstanding service and flawless results, but they exceeded every expectation.
We will 100% be back and honestly won’t be going anywhere else. If you’re looking for a nail salon that genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place!

Requested style: My daughter has thick, wavy, hair and she requested the "wolf cut." Kim explained that it was another name for a shag. She was able to give my daughter EXACTLY what she asked for and my daughter absolutely loves it!!
I have long, very straight hair and needed a trim with long layers. Kim took a normal trim and shaped my hair and layers to look very nice! We both are very pleased!!

The atmosphere here is great, its got a really cool look and feel and you can tell everyone cares about doing what they do. I do a lot of meetings on camera for work so its great to have a well shaped and clean cut look.

I have never had a bad set or pedicure! The only negative experience was by a customer making a scene about her nails on two different occasions. They provide a service and she treated them horribly.

My husband and I went in for the head spa, and I also booked a blowout after for myself. It was an amazing experience!
The girls (Ashlyn and Rylee) were SO welcoming and didn't make the experience awkward or weird at all. The space is also very cute, and located right beside Chazito's Latin Cuisine, which is a huge plus.
The head spa experience was extremely relaxing. My hair has never felt cleaner, and I felt really relaxed afterwards. It was fun to do as a couple for some wind down and quiet time. For our anniversary, we wanted to do something that would relax us. Usually, we opt for massage but I would borderline say that the head spa was even better. We are always so busy with life and this was a nice treat for us!
Rylee did my blowout. It was genuinely the fastest blowout I've ever received, and also a great job. I have extremely long hair (down to butt/past butt), so it can be a huge feat, but it was super quick and great quality.
Overall, couldn't recommend more for couples, friends, mom/daughter duos, etc.

Yall, when I tell you I was in DIRE need of a hair cut… it’s been almost 3 years since I have so much as trimmed my hair…. So I decided yesterday it was gonna happen… after a mishap booking online (I was unfamiliar with the system and there was a glitch ?) Mrs. Chanell reached out to me directly and apologized for the mishap and did everything in her power to squeeze me in yesterday, but ended up booking for today. But when I tell you it was 1000000% worth the wait…. It’s an understatement! This has got to be one of the BEST haircuts and the most phenomenal customer service I have ever gotten! Not only did she come back to the shop to cut my hair today, she shampooed, deep conditioned and styled it. Dan arrived exactly on time and asked me about the roach issues before spraying. I told him that we had killed a ginormous roach in the kitchen. He not only treated the kitchen, and under the stairs crawl space but also the bathroom and exterior doors. We needed to be set up with a termite contract I made a call the person on the phone was nice and efficient Two people came out to inspect and rang the doorbell and both introduced themselves by name and wore the company logo shirts After inspection they explained everything plus said I would be receiving a report. I did and decided to book their service. Isaiah came out yesterday and installed 15 bait traps? He seemed to be very efficient and worked in a timely manner. So far we are very pleased with the service we have received. Hope they did what they were supposed to but also hope we never have a termite problem to find out they didn’t. I would recommend this company based on encounters we have had with them

I used this dentist when i lived in pooler and when i moved to Savannah i switched just because of the distance. Im so glad i decided to come back because there is nowhere else i want to come to. He was so kind and helpful and I couldn't of had a better experience. I highly recommend coming here! I rarely leave reviews, but this place always blows me away. When an experience is this exceptional, I can't help but share it.

Wow talk about patient! My special needs son wouldn’t do the X-rays and they contacted our old office (we just moved) and they printed out the form from my old office to get my records to see the old offices X-rays. Waited for me to fill them out and send them back to the old office and for them to send the X-rays over. Hope that made sense. Anyway it was a lot of hoops to jump through and they did. They didn’t send me home which most offices would. We got a resolution and a treatment schedule for his cavities. The staff and Dentist were amazing. 100 stars!

My grands, 6 and 5, have been seeing Dr. Shana for about 2 years. They love her. She is an amazing dentist with a genuine passion for her profession. The office is clean. The staff is kind. Great with kids. We drive about an hour for appointments but we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Yes this gentleman runs the office in Pooler Georgia is beyond his years refused to make the dentures that I need wanted to make the dentures that he makes. I have a top apparatus and he said he couldn’t make them without making the base of those dentures so thick that I could not chew because I can’t open my mouth wide enough to chew. I’ve received a refund and if anybody asked me about that Office, I would tell them just do anything you can do avoid it Just thought you would expect a visit to go very informative no drama, I would like to include the fact that the staff is fantastic
