Dr. Jay Jackson and the lady at the front desk(sorry I did not catch her name), were both extremely excellent in every way. I have been going there (Lens Crafters at 12 Oaks) for about 10 years and they have always been unbeatable in my opinion!
Everyone was wonderful. It was a very relaxing and informative visit. Dr Jackson showed me my retinal scan and explained my eye health to me. That was very cool. He was very patient as I was trying to put on contacts. J'nel was very easy to talk to and informative when picking out my frames. She explained the difference in the transition lenses very clearly in a way that anyone would understand. As well as when fitting me for the new frames.
This was a GREAT experience and I think I've found my regular eye doctor.
And I must also give credit to his team, they are fantastic also they work there butt off to get my information right... When they didn't have to go that far, but they did.. and I Thank each and every one of them ❤
