I've been a long time patient of Georgia Eye Institute/Dr. Piros. I have had scheduling, rescheduling and wrong scheduling issues with this office recently. Unfortunately, the staff was less than accommodating, arrogant, rude, take it or leave it attitude. Time to take it to another eye care practice.

If you want to feel like a cog in the healthcare wheel, then this is your place. Rude receptionist and scheduling coordinators ruined the experience. In 90 minutes, I sat in 4 different exam rooms and 4 waiting areas. The surgical coordinator was so rude I could not believe my ears. My surgery is scheduled but this place was toxic this afternoon, I wonder if this is the right place.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Overstreet for 2 years. The staff and the way things are done at GEI on Jackson Blvd are in accordance with protocol. I have never had any problems from front desk to back clinic. Everyone is kind, friendly and have knowledge of their work duties. I highly recommend this particular Opthomology clinic to include Dr. Overstreet, Dr. Piros and Dr. Reeves to anyone looking for professional and precise care.
