It was a very nice experience. The girls at the front desk were very cordial and the doctor was very professional. Koe was very helpful and customer oriented to what I needed. He was very knowledgeable in helping make good choices. Koe was awesome. He has great customer service skills! American Best is the best!
Went in for an exam. I pick out 2 pair of glasses and he made sure I would look fabulous with the ones I picked and and helped me add some extra color for my unique style. Koe is great and explained the warranty and every detail on everything!! Will be back... Thanks Hollywood
This 5 star rating is specifically for the employee, Mitchell!! My son is 12 and never wore contact lenses before. Mitchell was the employee that gave him the class to help him learn to put them in and take them out. Mitchell, was extremely patient and encouraging to my son! He made sure he didn’t give up! My son said that he made a big difference. I appreciate people like him that actually cares!
