“I had an AMAZING experience! My exam was with Dr. Samantha Kelly and since I am diabetic I needed a very through exam and she was the best ever. She took time to answer questions and set a care plan for both myself and my daughter. Then I had Krystal help me pick out a pair of glasses for both of us. She was amazing as well. Great customer service and genuinely cared about helping us and giving us several options. Then I had two other people that really made an impression on me with their customer service and knowledge. When I initially called in for my appointment I talked with Mathew. He was so sweet and he looked up all options right over the phone to make sure I was getting the best option and most cost effective. Then when I came in to pick up my glasses I had Krystal, who recognized me right away, help to make sure I had a comfortable fit. And then another sweet gal, Quan, helped with answering various questions we had. Everyone was so pleasant and you could tell they genuinely cared about you. Haley took my order and was great on explaining all my options for lenses that I got 2 pairs. The Dr and her tech Aprina were great as well quick and fast. I recommend this location. When buying your glasses and getting an exam.“
