“Most of the massage was wonderful, however, before he started (tall young man, forgot the name unfortunately, he pulled up a chair to ask me about my problem area(s). I told him definitely my neck and shoulders. I said I still wanted the full body massage but asked him to focus more on my neck and shoulders. He proceeded to spend the next 40 minutes on my back ONLY. I was beginning to wonder if he was focusing on that instead of neck. Once he got to the neck and shoulders he was finished in less that 5 minutes. No legs. No arms. No hands. I was so disappointed ?? and still in pain! I couldn’t believe it. My father had just passsed away and I was so looking forward to my tension being relieved. I was visiting Atlanta to get away and was taking the time to finally use a massage I had paid for months ago but had never had the time to get. I really don’t understand why he asked me about my problem area and then proceeded to give that 5 minutes of attention. I always tip, but I didn’t for this reason.“
