Update: After reading the reply. I called Brian (the owner) to discuss my experience and he sincerely apologized. I shared my concern regarding the therapist constantly leaving the session. He listened and made no excuses about the situation. I truly appreciate his commitment to customer service. He offered an upgrade on a future visit, and because of how professionally he handled everything, I do plan to return. I also will be updating my initial 3 ? rating to a 4? star rating because I truly appreciate how he responded with concern and offered to make it right! Thanks again, Brian!“
