This was the 1st time there for me and my husband and it was his birthday that day.
I told them when I booked that it was his birthday more than once. When we got there, they had birthday signs for another person but not for him, which disappointed me as this was my gift to him.
My massage was nice but my therapist spent more time preparing things in between massage time than actually massaging me. In addition, she did not ask me in advance what type of pressure I wanted and the pressure was too light.
I will be back and the facility is very nice, but communication when booking appointments and with therapists before the session begins should most definitely improve.
