“I rarely leave reviews but this was a 5 star experience! When I called in to inquire about their services, the receptionist Tasha was very helpful and was able to get me in for an appointment in less than an hour. When I got there, the facility was very clean and the ambiance was top tier.
Once I got to the back to begin the procedure, Anne was waiting to give me a rundown of how the process was going to go. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient when answering any questions or concerns I may have had.
During the procedure, I experienced very slight discomfort and mild cramping, which I had expected, and Anne provided a heating pad which was extremely helpful.
Following the procedure I received a probiotic supplement and electrolytes to replenish what I had lost. The customer service at this facility is a 10/10 so I could not leave without making a follow-up appointment! I will also be recommending this place to family and friends. “Love the ambience of the place.
It’s so spacious inside and has a peaceful atmosphere, everyone I spoke to was friendly. The massage suites were downstairs. I was shown around a bit and offered a tour by my massage therapist Anton, he was very kind and informative. The massage was nice and relaxing, though the room was a bit warm lol. I had a few issues with my neck but Anton tried his best to accommodate me and he put a little more focus on that area which I appreciated. After my massage I was offered wine, tea, water and was allowed to lounge around for a bit, which I loved! I enjoyed my time here and will def book again.

My only con is the parking (which I should have looked up so I’ll take that to the chin), it’s a bit of a hassle, there’s very little parking and it’s on a Main Street, they do have a shared lot a block over but when I checked the price it was nearly $16 for 2 hrs (that was the minimum) that may not be a lot to some of you, but when caught offguard it was a bit much for me. Luckily after calling the facility the lovely lady at the front desk told me a spot in front had just opened up and they sent someone outside to hold it for me, that was very sweet to me!“

The location was not too far from the airport, and tucked away in a quiet, convenient suite setting away from the hustle and bustle of the other busy shopping centers nearby. Lots of parking and easily accessible. From the lobby to the massage rooms, it was clean, organized and welcoming. I had a full body, Swedish massage from Joi. She was very polite and professional. She explained the technique of the massage I requested and confirmed the correct amount of pressure to apply in certain areas. She took her time and I will definitely return for more massages. If you're looking for a private, exclusive location, give this place a shot.“

I came in for a morning facial for my birthday and she was so thorough and informative about my skin and what I should be using more of and maybe less of lol (she knows what I’m taking about) but I really enjoyed my facial. One thing I love to do is feel my face and especially my nose afterwards (I tend to get a lot of texture in this area) and as I'm feeling my nose it’s soooo smooth and soft. No clogged pores or texture. I can’t wait to come back for treatment!“
