Ms. Tamika did her thing with those body stretches. All l heard was snap, crackling and poppin them joints into place. l soooo needed those strectches. Felt soooo goood!!! She explained the services that was offered, made suggestions and was just overall informative on self-care & wellness.I usually go to the salt sauna room at Jeju, so that’s what I was expecting. It’s definitely a different experience. Due to a yoga class, we had our session in the kids’ room, which kind of threw off the ambiance for us. BUT, I thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of burying my feet in the salt, the coolness in the air, the slight taste of salt in my mouth & my difference in breathing. I felt extremely relaxed and would have definitely dozed off had I been there alone. I will say the lymphatic effects were immediate for both my friend and I, about 30-40 minutes into our session.Overall, I enjoyed my session and I will be implementing halotherapy into my self-care routine. I’ll also be trying the other services offered.“
