The front desk was friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful.Zakaria, one of the estheticians, was very friendly and patient. She explained the services that was offered, made suggestions and was just overall informative on self-care & wellness.I usually go to the salt sauna room at Jeju, so that’s what I was expecting. It’s definitely a different experience. Due to a yoga class, we had our session in the kids’ room, which kind of threw off the ambiance for us. BUT, I thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of burying my feet in the salt, the coolness in the air, the slight taste of salt in my mouth & my difference in breathing. I felt extremely relaxed and would have definitely dozed off had I been there alone. I will say the lymphatic effects were immediate for both my friend and I, about 30-40 minutes into our session.Overall, I enjoyed my session and I will be implementing halotherapy into my self-care routine. I’ll also be trying the other services offered.“

“I've been a customer for nearly two years, and their service has consistently been reliable. However, last night, I experienced some disturbance due to construction noise from the wall next door during my massage session. Despite this inconvenience, the massage itself was still enjoyable. I overheard a lady cursing the "F" word at the front desk and refusing to pay for her service due to the noisy sound. I couldn't help but wonder why she didn't request to stop her service within the first 10 or 15 minutes of massage if the noise was such an issue for her. It seems odd that she tolerated the entire hour and then complained about the service and refused to pay.“
