Most of the massage was wonderful, however, before he started (tall young man, forgot the name unfortunately, he pulled up a chair to ask me about my problem area(s). I told him definitely my neck and shoulders. I said I still wanted the full body massage but asked him to focus more on my neck and shoulders. He proceeded to spend the next 40 minutes on my back ONLY. I was beginning to wonder if he was focusing on that instead of neck. Once he got to the neck and shoulders he was finished in less that 5 minutes. No legs. No arms. No hands. I was so disappointed ?? and still in pain! I couldn’t believe it. I had a facial with Tiffany ABSOLUTELY amazing. I was very relaxed during this service and she is very professional and you can tell she loves what she does.. This was just as relaxing as a massage.. I had Tiffany again for a facial today and as usual she does not disappoint. I truly recommend her for a facial as she is so knowledgeable and you can tell that she truly cares about her clients skin
OMG! Tiffany is absolutely the best. I added on a cold stone massage to my facial. That is the way to go. Maybe I'll come back just for an hour of that next time. Many thanks to H&S and especially Tiffany.
