The location was not too far from the airport, and tucked away in a quiet, convenient suite setting away from the hustle and bustle of the other busy shopping centers nearby. “I can’t recommend Dr. Benny Karpis at Empower Rehab enough. If you’re looking for a physical therapist for back pain, weightlifting injuries, or sports rehab, this is absolutely the place to go.

I threw out my lower back deadlifting and was expecting to be dealing with it for another 2–3 months. I was genuinely concerned that I wouldn’t be able to get back to lifting anytime soon. I went to see Dr. Karpis, and after just one session, I felt 100% better. The difference was incredible and worth every penny.

What really stood out to me was the value and how much he actually cares about getting you better. About a year ago, I went to another physical therapist for a similar back injury. I went for quite a while, saw minimal improvement, and honestly felt like my back eventually just healed naturally with time.

My experience at Empower Rehab was completely different. Dr. Karpis is extremely specialized and actually tailored the treatment to my specific issue. He combined targeted massage, dry needling, and specific exercises I could do on my own. I could actually feel the difference the treatment and exercises were making.“

“Laila is the best — if it was only for her, I’d give 10 stars! Unfortunately, with other therapists it’s been very hit or miss. “Medium to firm” pressure seems to mean something completely different depending on the therapist. One massage felt more like tickling, and when I asked for more pressure, I was told I’d have to pay extra for deep tissue. Meanwhile, other therapists provide much stronger pressure at the same level. I just wish the experience was more consistent.“

“I had a good experience at The Art of Touch Therapeutic Massage Center. Alex (I believe that’s his name) the manger was super nice. I got a tour of the studio where there are art exhibits. The space is absolutely beautiful—the ambiance is peaceful, welcoming, and instantly relaxing.

I went in for a lymphatic massage, and while my massage therapist -Bee did a good job overall, but her specialty is sports massage therapy. She was professional and attentive, but I think someone who performs lymphatic massages more regularly may have been a better fit for the specific treatment I was looking for.

Overall, I’m only giving it 4 star because i did not get what I wanted. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely return. Next time, I’d just request a therapist who specializes in lymphatic massage. The atmosphere alone makes it worth coming back!“
