I don't like this barber shop lex is so mean
I booked an
haircut for my son @ 4pm, we arrived @ 3:58. Was not greeted, My son didn't get in the chair until 4:40. Why booked an appointment if you still have to wait??? Not to mention, know interaction from the barber or an apology. She gives nice haircuts, but customer service awful!!!! I cannot support a business without great customer service!
