“There is a BUT. I arrived, I was the first one there and got into the chair right away🥰. Everybody I encountered was super nice 😊. The shop is clean and looks nice too✨. I did have to call my mom to translate because I was trying to tell the lady that I didn’t want rollers and didn’t want to sit under the dryer but it seemed like I wasn’t being understood but no biggie because I’m not fluent like my mama yet🤗. I wound up not getting the rollers but was still put under the dryer, which was a little frustrating😬. There was no there to jump into blow drying my hair at the time so I reluctantly agreed to go ahead and go under the dryer in hopes that it would make the appointment faster (letting my hair dry as I waited for someone). I was under the dryer for about an hour 😕. I can’t remember at what point I was told BUT I was told that it’s an additional $10 to blow dry 🤯. I had never heard of that and I’ve been to salons across the country. It was also surprising because I saw another young lady sit under the dryer with rollers and still get her hair blow dried. So if the blow drying is going to take place anyways, why charge extra? 🤔. I didn’t understand that part but other than that, it was a great experience and my hair turned out amazing 🤩. If you don’t mind paying $10 extra for blow drying then this is the place for you🤭. I want to go back but I can’t justify the additional cost for something that will happen anyways.”
