“The sauna at the East Cobb club was not available for some extended period of time. I spoke to Kevin this weekend about this and asked what was the issue. Apparently, the sauna heater was destroyed because some members were pouring water in it to generate steam. First, I'd like to point out that this is a DRY sauna for those members who may not know the difference between a sauna and a steam room. Second, this is an electric heater, and for those members who remember their grade school science class, water and electricity are not great companions. Third, I want to recognize that the sauna was fixed over the weekend and I wanted to thank Kevin and the other staff member for getting this done. Finally, I'd also suggest that a sign be posted in the sauna prohibiting anyone from pouring water on the heater, and if they are caught doing so, their membership and privileges should be revoked from all L.A. Fitness clubs.“

“The location is very convenient with plenty of parking. The trainers are really good and I highly recommend Mattie. I trained with her for a long time and she was always upbeat and gave me the courage to keep going.“

“ONE major thing you have to know about this place. The address on Yelp is not its physical location, but the location of the mailbox the owner keeps. The owner for whatever reason doesn't want to know the location of the studio to the public except to clients. Basically, read the text message she sends, and it should be in Virginia-Highlands area. If you are going near Trader Joe's, you are in the wrong location. HOWEVER... I am giving 5 stars despite that inconvenience because of how amazing the massage experience is. I have been getting massages since I was a teen and Krista is probably the 2nd best massage I have ever received period. As someone who does a lot of sports stuff, I need regular massages monthly, and Krista just gave a magical healing experience.“
