I came with a friend for the 30 minute intro class. Even long before we were able to come the team that worked in this were wonderful, making sure we were informed about all things necessary prior to our class. I did have to reschedule due to a family emergency and they were able to accommodate. The day before we received a text letting us know to bring socks or purchase at the studio and also informing us to arrive 5-10 minutes early. Unfortunately I was a couple of minutes late because I had a hard time finding the location as my GPS took me to the other side of the shopping center. However, we were still able to get into the class and not miss much of the intro. I ended up purchasing grippy socks at the front which came out to be about $16. Too many members?I was brand new to Pilates in Dec 2021. TBH I was hesitant at first. For someone who has never done Pilates, it can seem intimidating. But, EVERY single person at this CP made me feel comfortable (the amazing ladies at the front desk, the other members and the instructors). I started with private which was definitely the right path for me. After about 7 private sessions I was nervous but ready to go to a group class. I am 411 classes in! From there every single instructor has made...read full review
