I hadn't been to a yoga class in over 3 years until I visited last week. My instructor was Julie and she was very helpful. She asked me if I had any injuries that she could help me with and provided me with tips for accommodating them. Everyone was very friendly. I hope to be able to become a regular here.

Best yoga teacher Cindy. The studio is amazing full of good and vibrant energy, peaceful , clean , the perfect studio . Friendly and diverse community , the classes are real yoga classes.

I cannot express my love for this sacred space enough. Teaching our Awaken Your Most Magickal Self series at this location has enhanced the teachings and created powerful sisterhood within each circle of Women who have stepped forward on their path. Sacred Garden Yoga sits upon the crossroads where Cindy and I birthed 4 Alchemy Mystery School. As our own special blend of magick has grown and expanded, so has our offerings within this unique space. Initiation, Calibration, and Integration are all being offered live at Sacred Garden Yoga.
