“Brucker HVAC came to my rescue. Air Conditioner was completely shut down. I called Brucker HVAC at 8:00am for help. A few hours later, Jacob (aka Knight in Shining Armor) arrived. He immediately found the problem and for the next two hours, he worked diligently to completely repair the problem. During the repair service, he would take time to explain to me what he was doing. While fixing my issue, he also identified a deadly issue with the furnace vent. The vent had broken loose. If the heat had been used, the crawl space area would have filled with deadly gases.
