What a great company! Josh was respectful, knowledgeable and honest about our 47 year old furnace and it was a quick fix! Didn't take advantage of our ignorance of HVAC - unlike a competitor that previously came and wanted to sell us a new system for $15,000. Thank you Josh for being the best and Bartlett for their 5 star service!!

Jason K. came out to do furnace inspection and was terrific about telling me what was going on with two furnace units. He talked me through different options, repairs versus replacement, since the units were original to the house, and was great about telling me the pros and cons of each option. He showed me pictures and videos from the inspection, which I greatly appreciated.

Joshua Ellis was the technician from Bartlett who serviced my HVAC system today. It was so refreshing to have a competent person who actually makes good suggestions. I just changed from a large service company who sent technicians that did sloppy work and were rude.
