Josh Ellis brings a high level of valuable technical expertise to his work, as exemplified by his detailed invoice/report that analyzed our aging heat pump system. Steven troubleshooting the problem quickly and discovered the Thermostat had failed. He replaced that quickly and tested the system thoroughly. He helped me download the correct mobile app and provided guidance about functionality and made recomendations for most efficient cooling. He also located a damper arm that I couldnt find on one air plenum. It was tucked under the insulation along a hold down strap.
He was polite, friendly, and extremely competent.
