Summit to the rescue once again!! And everyone from the first call, to on the way out today, made this experience a breeze. Rachel, Clyde, Brett, and there were several others whose names I can’t remember, but thank you all from our “cooling down as we speak” family, to yours.
Our HVAC unit broke on a Saturday and Summit sent a team right out to our house to address the situation and expedited getting a new unit for us on Monday morning. They had window units sent over to make sure we were comfortable and communicated with us every step of the way. The team that came to do the new install was very professional and we had an amazing experience. I cannot recommend summit enough. They really saved the day for us.
