“Beth took a lot of care in helping to understand our cleaning needs and discussing both the process and the pricing with us when we called to inquire about appointments. Scheduling was quick and our appointment was timely. We had a horrendous moving company experience which I thought had completely destroyed our microfiber couch and love seat. Eric, our technician also explained the process and told us he would do everything he could to restore our furniture and remove the musty odor the moving company carelssly caused. Eric mentioned he might not be able to get the smell out and asked if we still wanted to proceed. We did of course, but i truly appreciated that we had an upfront option on site! I will definitely be using Lenox Chem-Dry again for future cleaning needs. A wonderful experience after such a terrible moving experience!“
