“Based on the reviews, I decided to give this company a chance. I called, and Raphael answered. After he explained the process, I was eager to get started. Once I chose the flooring, the installation occurred the next week. Wow!

Day 1 involved carpet removal of the entire upstairs floor plus the stairs. Day 2 was the installation of engineered wood in all bedrooms and hall with solid red oak on the stairs. The team stained the oak on the stairs to match the engineered wood. The two handrails were replaced with new ones to match the flooring. They moved the furniture, so I did not have to worry. I opted to bring downstairs anything small or light that could be somewhat worrisome, such as lamps, clothes baskets, plants, etc. Day 3 involved painting the baseboards, wall caps, and the risers on the stairs.

The team was laser-focused, skillful, and had a strong work ethic. Raphael was informative and accessible. He was confident in his team’s abilities and provided great customer service. He also came on-site during the installation and did a walkthrough with me to ensure my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the final product. I highly recommend Select Custom Floors.“

They were extremely clean in raving carpet, pads and staples and provided the full project in 1 week. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish.
Once ready, we had them add hardwood flooring to the new sunroom addition and Buff & Coat existing hardwoods in the kitchen, bathroom, dining room, parlor and entry hall. They all look great, like new for the existing hardwoods.
