Scheduling was quick and our appointment was timely. We had a horrendous moving company experience which I thought had completely destroyed our microfiber couch and love seat. Eric, our technician also explained the process and told us he would do everything he could to restore our furniture and remove the musty odor the moving company carelssly caused.
