Beth took a lot of care in helping to understand our cleaning needs and discussing both the process and the pricing with us when we called to inquire about appointments. Scheduling was quick and our appointment was timely. We had a horrendous moving company experience which I thought had completely destroyed our microfiber couch and love seat. Eric, our technician also explained the process and told us he would do everything he could to restore our furniture and remove the musty odor the moving company carelssly caused. Joe was our technician; he did an amazing job on our carpets. Joe was thorough and professional. We used another company last year (one that advertises on the radio frequently) and were not happy with the results. I would recommend Lenox chem-dry and Joe to anyone who wants the job done right.Update, had Chem-Dry out to clean the carpet again this year, carpets look like new. Eric arrived on time and did an amazing job. He made the process painless. I won’t use anyone else to clean my carpet. See you next year Eric!
