I was honestly prepared to replace the carpets anyway, but thought it’d be worth a shot to try to clean the stains out. HOLY MOLY! Our carpet is plush and fluffy again! Almost all of the stains are gone, with the exception of a few pesky ones that are barely visible now. I’m SHOCKED! I’d also like to mention that my home smells amazing! It smells fresh and clean without being super strong or chemical-y. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and did a great job!
