Andrew did an excellent job cleaning a sofa and two chairs that were badly stained with wine, coffee, and food stains. He cleaned an area rug. But after drying there were still coffee and wine stains. Once informed he immediately scheduled another visit where he successfully cleaned the difficult stains. Andrew and Anthony really helped my family. We moved in to a home whose previous owners owned a dog. The carpet had a heavy odor and was full of dog hairs. Not only did Andrew explain his process, what to expect, he exceeded our expectations of service and quality. Now, the carpets smell fresh, much better than before and are actually clean. Wright way services had my carpets looking the w(right) way literally, my carpets were so spotless I was surprised that I could’ve accumulated that much dirt ever since I bought the house back in 2020.
