“I want to recognize Nahim from Magic Carpet Inc. for the care, judgment, and professionalism he brought to a difficult water-damage situation.
There had been conflicting information about whether the affected areas were still wet and whether the drying process could move forward. Nahim took the time to inspect multiple locations rather than treating the entire area as though conditions were the same everywhere. He clearly showed and explained which spots still had moisture and which areas were already dry, then helped confirm the appropriate next step. His assessment allowed the drying equipment to be removed and the carpet work to proceed.
What impressed me most was not only his technical knowledge, but his willingness to slow down, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for reaching a clear resolution. He arrived when I was dealing with significant uncertainty and disruption, and his work prevented further unnecessary delay.
Thank you Nahim!”
