“Eric and his son at Clog Free Plumbing did a very good and fast job to unclog a main drain line that was clogged due to “someone” having flushed down wipes over a month ago. They unclogged the sewer line and put a camera in to check for any pipe breaks and tree roots. Fortunately, there were none. [Peace of mind!]They also changed two toilets from standard flush to Flushmate pressure flush. Through our talks, I learned how to better take cared of plumbing in houses. I recommend their service wholeheartedly.“

“Randy was suggested to us by our tile contractor Cain Curtis after he discovered electrical issues in our kitchen while prepping for the tile work. We were out of town but Randy was able to come over that day (on a Saturday) and diagnose the issue. He was able to explain what was going on over the phone that day but wasn't able to complete the work until the following week. We were scheduled for a 9:30a time slot the next week. He was working another job that morning and texted to let us know he was running behind BEFORE 9:30! Thank you Randy! When he arrived he was courteous and professional and explained everything again. We were about ready for a wildlife reinspection, but we had a real issue that needed to be addressed right away. A bird had been trapped inside the wall near the fireplace; I managed to get him out of the wall through the side of the fireplace into the living room and out the front door but couldn't figure out how he got inside the wall in the first place. When I explained what had happened to Matt, he went up on the roof and Julio went into the attic. Matt identified the problem at once and explained what needed to be done to correct it. We already had wire mesh around the flue but there was a space around another part of the flue that needed additional mesh. Now I have before and after videos of our wildlife-proof chimney.
