The business owner, Cliff was very responsive and came out on the same day. He was very professional and got his tech team to quickly come out and install fans and dehumidifier in the home to start drying the carpet that was soaked by the our tenants leaking hot water heater. He continued to provide his expertise and support throughout the 4day duration of the drying process. I would highly recommend anyone to call him for restoration needs and he will be my #1 choice if this (hopefully never) happens again. Thanks Cliff and team!
