PlumbPros Plumbing

I had a very tight window to replace some water valves at a high rise condo that I own. Virtually every plumbing company I called either said they didn't work in high rises or they couldn't guarantee the time slot I needed. But these guys did both. The plumber - Josh - called me beforehand and was very polite and professional. I told him the issue and the time sensitive nature of the problem, and he came on time and stayed until he made sure it was done right. I can't recommend them enough.

I reached out for an estimate to add an additional outdoor spigot to my home back in 2023. For some reason I didn't pull the trigger and move forward. Can't remember why. But I picked up where I left off this week and reached out and they have been nothing but polite and courteous from Michael the owner all the way to the technicians that arrived at my house just two days later. Cole and Eduardo did a fantastic job installing the new spigot and cleaned up afterwards. They came prepared to do the work should I approve the estimate and it was a no-brainer. I have a one-year warranty on the work which is also fantastic. Friendly, polite and fast! Thank you gentleman!

Great service from Plumbpros. On time, efficient and excellent work done replacing leaky outside faucets well past there prime. Winterizing my outside faucets will be MUCH easier now!! Thank you Plumbpros!!!
