“I had them come out to replace thermostat & condenser. First guy said the thermostat I had bought from GA power was crap, so I let him put the other one he had in. My daughter was furious he did that as she worked for HVAC companies & knows mine was good one. That night, we heard a pop under the house. They were very professional and made sure that we were educated on what we have been doing incorrectly all these years to correct our issues. “My ac unit stopped cooling this past Friday morning. Called Spence H & A. Libby was super nice and helpful. My unit is extremely old so I expected the worst. Libby had someone at my house by 3pm and he found my fan motor had gone out. Tech had a fan motor with him and repairs were completed and house was cooling by 5pm. “I had my home a/c unit repaired by ACS technician name KJ, he took every necessary step to diagnose the problem and he concluded that the compressor needed to be replace since the unit is still under warranty a new compressor was ordered through carrier and it was replaced about two to three days later. He also replaced the thermostatic expansion valve txv that cost a little bit more than i anticipated for replacement cost but overall the tech was knowledgeable in response to all my questions and patient too. I will have to give him A+ for a work well done“
