I received a prompt call back with a date for Vu to come out. He keep me informed as to the time frame he would arrive. He showed up on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend him.He repaired my air conditioner and it's ready for another season. He is reasonable in his pricing. Most of all he's very professional and friendly.
