Mr. Lyons was great !! Very informative and knowledgeable ! I explained that my oldest son had Epilepsy and that the heat triggers his seizures. Mr. Lyons took that into consideration and was very prompt about getting my AC working. There was a little issue but Mr. Lyons corrected it immediately and treated my home as if I was family ! Very polite and I would recommend this company to anyone needing service !! Exceptional customer service !! If I could give 10 stars I would ! Other companies I had spoken too, was telling me 2 to 3 weeks to have it up and running, but Mr. Lyons gave a couple of days max ! Job well done ! I had a great experience with Lyons Heating & AC. They responded in a record amount of time and were professional throughout our interaction.
