“I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. My dog Scooby is not an easy patient . He is very reactive - lunging, snarling, barking — the whole nine yards. It is not an easy situation for anyone involved.

Despite how difficult he was, the doctor and staff treated him with patience, calm professionalism, and dignity. There was no frustration, no judgment — just steady, confident care. They safely got him wrapped, treated his ear, and made sure he received the medication he needed without escalating the situation.

As a pet owner, that level of compassion means everything. Thank you for handling a very tough case with such kindness and skill. We are so grateful.“

“I have very bad knees and have trouble walking. I have a very strong, and very excitable Golden Retriever that needed his rabies shot. I stayed in the car with him and a young man came out to take him into the vet for me. He got his shot and then the young man also took him back out to the car for me. I've been going to East Paulding for many years and you don't know how much I appreciate that. Everyone in the office including, the veterarians, have been very friendly and helpful.“

Dr Joyce and her staff are polite, efficient, and willing to answer or find the answers to my questions. I appreciate the ability to purchase meds(heart worm etc...) monthly or multiple months at the time to accommodate if needed. My puppy is a bit skiddish and somewhat shy. They have been gentle and patient with him and we have had a great experience!“

But i'd still go back to Ark anytime my dog has an issue.“
