I wish I could give them more than five stars! The front desk staff was very friendly and quick! I brought in a 20 year old leopard gecko for some stuck shed and was very nervous because of his old age. But the clinical staff was amazing and relieved my nerves with how great they were. Our vet tech, Ashley, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet with our grandpa gecko. Please give her a raise!!! 😃 And Dr. Justin Verner took his time with us and explained everything very thoroughly. I cannot thank you all enough for this wonderful experience! 🦎💚
Dr. Justin Verner and his Staff were welcoming, friendly, and very comforting to my husband and I when we came in as an emergency for our pet Rat Mochi. We found him that afternoon with a huge gash on his left side so we rushed right over. They took him in right away as I was in the brink of tears worried for my brave little friend. We didn’t have to wait long for them to bring him back to us and explain how to care for him within the next few weeks. Both the visit and antibiotics were fairly affordable too. We went to Sweetwater Creek Animal Hospital for the first time after three visits to our regular vet for our 10 year old cat who was throwing up on a regular basis. Dr Verner was excellent and knowledgeable and detected back pain which was missed at the previous vet. Each time he touched her spine she would growl, and this also happened when I touched it, as opposed to other areas of her body. She had barely eaten for three days when we went in, but as soon as we got back she made a beeline for her food dish and ate multiple times and seems to be feeling great.
