This review is so incredibly overdue. We’ve been coming here for almost 7 years (45min drive each way) and I can’t imagine taking our baby anywhere else. They really do treat Hank like he is one of their own (I’ve never seen him so comfortable with a vet!) and Dr. Rox’s vast knowledge, decades of experience, and drive for continued education is unmatched. They do as much as they can in-house (dental, mass removal, etc) which my wallet appreciates, and you can tell the entire team is so passionate about what they do, from the vet techs to the front desk!
Hank is 11 years old now and receiving the best preventative care a senior dog could get in metro Atlanta!… read full review
We are very pleased with the entire staff at Arkle and the attention that was given to our sweet kitty Neiko.
He had only been out of the house once prior to this in his 14+ years and he was completely comfortable with everyone he came in contact with at Arkle.
The staff was very clear on explaining the procedures that were to be performed and what needed to be done moving forward.
We’re so glad we have found an extended family for our Neiko.
Please extend our gratitude.
P.S.
He is feeling and acting a lot better and more like himself.
Our dogs Roxie and Rosie have been seeing Dr Rox for probably 10 years now. She is very thorough, her documentation is meticulous, and if she doesn’t know the answer she has many resources to get the right information. (We have had some very complicated issues.) Dr Rox makes safe and evidenced based recommendations. In 10 years there have been communication mistakes regarding appointment times/dates, prescription refills, etc but it’s only occasionally and at the end of the day we know that Dr Rox and the staff at Arkle really care about our babies. Any miscommunication was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Dr Rox has spent hours with us over the years making sure… read full review
