The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the groomer, Angie, who is very kind and compassionate with the utmost understanding of Sir Winston's needs while dealing with him during his time in grooming. She is kind and does an excellent job grooming my Sir Winston. The prices are very reasonable, and often there are special offers on their supplies, including flea packages, treats.
We love boarding our fur babies with The Ark. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have used the boarding services 5 times and wouldn't leave them anywhere else. If a medical emergency should arise, they will get the care they need on site. Thank you to the Ark from Bill, Abby and Daisy!
We have been taking our Aussie Lab., Kit to the Ark for several years. However we moved away, but we were in the area this week and our Kit needed immediate attention. They quickly worked us in. Kit has anxiety and they were very accommodating, by being very gental with her. Dr. Marshall and her techs were fabulous. We will always come back in town, just for Kit to be seen at the Ark.
