I had not ever met Dr. Thornton. He was amazing!! Very nice doctor that really cares for you and your babies. Very compassionate and answers all questions you have and didn’t seem rushed. All of the doctors and staff have always been there for us and that means the world to us.

I am very happy with my decision to bring my dogs to Hiram Animal Hospital. They are very caring and never make me feel rushed when I have questions or concerns. They are the best. I recently had to have my German Shepherd put to sleep and they were very caring during the whole process. I especially want to thank Dr. Thornton. You helped in making a difficult decision not so painful. I highly recommend Hiram Animal Hospital to anyone who wants their fur babies well taken care of.

When I had to put my baby kitty down, it was the hardest thing i have ever had to do. The staff was so professional and considerate while a giant man is balling in the room. The doctor's words eased my pain. I have had my pets fixed, vaccinated, checkups etc their and every time it's been a wonderful experience. I do HIGHLY recommend them.
