Joe from Peachtree SERVICE Experts came to our house on a no heat call as it was 12 degrees. Our new Lennox system was up and running within an hour. The drain line from the system froze and shut down our system. A new line from the humidifier water pump froze out in the cold. Jason from their office also came at the same time. Joe was well trained and diagnosed the problem rigtht away. He shut off rhe humidifier andinstalled a new drain pump. He then restored our system and we are extremely pleased with his attitude and professional expertise. We will keep the humidifier off when the line is likely to freeze and he will rerun the drain line when he returns in March.L
Alex did a superb job on my seasonal check-up yesterday! He kept me apprised of his expected arrival time and got here at the time promised. He completed the inspection quickly and clearly explained his findings, taking time to further explain what I might expect going forward, given the age of my units. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional! The BEST! I want Alex to be the service tech assigned to my account for all future visits!
