“BCM transformed the unfinished basement into a beautiful space: a full bath with a walk-in shower, a home office overlooking our garden, storage and workspaces, and a dedicated home theater. They also added French doors opening onto the garden, which completely opened up and lightened how the basement feels.
Throughout the project, Salar and his team were responsive, timely, and genuinely considerate. When we needed time to think through a decision, they gave us that time without ever letting the project lose momentum. They listened to our ideas, were open to custom or unusual requests, and offered many great suggestions of their own. Most importantly, they built our trust at every interaction. I never had to worry about the final result because I knew Salar would come through.
The home theater was the centerpiece of the project. I am a home theater enthusiast and had designed a dedicated, sound-isolated room for the basement. Of all the contractors we considered, BCM London was the only one with prior experience constructing a sound-isolated space. Salar and his crew worked in real partnership with us to bring that design to life, including some very specific and atypical requests.
No project this large will ever go 100% smoothly, but whenever there was a misunderstanding, mistake, or unexpected issue, Salar responded quickly and worked to make it right. The crew did excellent work and left a clean workspace at the end of each day.
