Awesome company that I would highly recommend. We have had numerous repairs in the last couple of months- new well pump, replaced shorter toilets with larger ones, unstopped drain line that 2 other plumbers could not do, fixed water pipes and overflow valve I broke and our jacuzzi drain. The two young gentlemen are always courteous, professional and prompt- always arrive the same day we call. They keep everything clean and are very reasonable in prices. Appreciate Jefferson plumbing and all they do.

Responded quickly to our needs - a water heater repair turned into a complete install with new copper lines - caring, personable, respectable and capable professionals - owner came by after work was completed to verify all was well - very reasonable on service fees also - Impressive company to work with. I had a major leak in my water main yesterday, a Sunday, and wasn't able to find anyone to come out among the plumbers who list 24/7 service, including a plumber I've used several times in the past. The Jefferson Plumbers website shows 8-5 M-F as their operating hours. I called them today at 8 am, left a message on voicemail, got a call back from Matthew in about 20 minutes and he scheduled a visit for today. He was also very careful to get names, addresses and phone numbers right. He understood the problem and explained what his crew would do.
