“I am so glad I walked into this facility! Mya is extremely welcoming. I was nervous being new to the eye glasses process! She was helpful and patient answering all my questions. My son was really interested in ringing the doorbell. Although it was unnecessary as she was already assisting us at the front desk, she encouraged him and let us know it was okay for him to ring it. Valerie was also extremely welcoming. During the process of my son picking out his frames she was patient and gentle with him. Valerie and Mya were attentive and even helped me pick out some frames for myself. My son is excited to go back and pick up his glasses! The facility is clean, organized, and smells nice! I HIGHLY recommend this team and their facility!“

“Was referred here by a friend and am so grateful! Dr. Harold, Kat and Dee are wonderful. I’ve worn glasses and contacts for 20+ years but still learned more from them. I’ve always had a terribly difficult time finding glasses that fit me well and feel fun. This was hands down the most unique selection of glasses. I had several options to choose from (typically it’s only 2 due to small width). Kat was really helpful in curating ones for me to try and picked a pair I wouldn’t have self-selected but ended up loving!

“I should have shared my husband experience with Dr Charles Ficco years ago. I was not as computer/phone savvy as I am now. I have called Dr Ficco My husband's angel and I was truly blessed when God placed him in our lives after only being married for 6 months. My husband had went to Kaiser and another eye doctor that I felt I could trust regarding major migraines. No one would listen wanted to give him medicine and reading glasses. My husband started having small seizures and again Kaiser our medical insurance company would not do CT or MRIs. It took one time of going to Dr Ficco and he saw the problem even before he dilated my husband's eyes. My Husband was in the hospital that night with a brain tumor that Dr Ficco caught in time. Dr Ficco had never met my husband ever until that day that says a lot about him. He is an amazing doctor, and person whom my husband and I got to know really well. Unfortunately Dr Ficco left and went to another company, and of course our insurance company does not cover that location that's the only reason we are not still with him now. I can't say it enough but I thank you my Angel Dr Ficco for being there for us We have celebrated 25 years of marriage in November. May God continue blessing you in doing his work.??“

“I went in hoping to get some glasses for my toddler. Not only were the glasses affordable, they are tough. My son's first pair of glasses from another establishment, were expensive, and although I paid for the works, blue light, scratch resistence, etc... He scratched those glasses up within two days. Lost them after a month. Went here and got two glasses for the price of one, at the other place, and not a scratch on them. Hmmmmm
Customer service was good. I forgot the lady's name, but she was nice. She remembered me and my son when we came back to pick the glasses up, which actually came in quicker than expected. It took some time to get them sized for my son's face, but she was patient with him.“

“I had my eyes checked here the yr of 2019
I paid with insurance however my out of pocket pay was more than what Medicaid paid. I paid almost $600.00 for my prescription eyeglasses.
It was my first pair of prescription eyeglasses.
I didn't experience any major concerns with the staff.Ive also have worked 5 years at the Walmart in Morrow GA from 1998 to 2002
I don't remember seeing vision and eye care during the yrs that I was employed there I had to quit do to ongoing scammers and family issues.
I started out as a cashier,to 5 star cashier then to CSM overnight. I pray that the Lord blesses all of my education accomplishments and achievements. I've been through hell. I definitely deserve a much better experience and out come.Thanks??♥️♥️“

“I lost vision in my right eye and after spending the night in the emergency room. Dr Akstein’s office told me to come in immediately! It was their surgery day and they were not seeing patients but their act of kindness and professionalism will forever be etched in my heart. A wonderful doctor and equally wonderful and professional staff! Thank you 🙏“
